LED小材料碟片分光机是由标谱自主研发用于贴片式LED分光测试分类的自动化封测设备。本机采用PLC控制系统，高速振动盘供料碟片过度到主转盘上，通过主转盘承载材料间歇旋转分别经过校正工位对材料进行修正、测试工位对材料进行夹持点亮测试材料光学数据和电特性数据进行分类，由电磁阀控制吹气的方式快速将材料吹离主转盘到指定的料筒内。稳定、高效、精简，能够满足大多数封装企业对小材料产能提升的要求。
