正装芯片探针台是由标谱自主研发用于正装LED芯片、CSP LED自动测试化设备,它配置一体主动式探边器，过将多针探头刺入芯片内部进行高效测试。设备可检测4x5mil-60x60mil芯片，4寸1.2倍扩膜（子母环、铁环），有效点测范围135mm。具布局合理，积分球直接收光架构，测试精度高，配12个档位可自动切换档位盘，搭配自主研发测试仪及ESD测试仪和进口精密丝杆导轨通，运行稳定，操作及调试便捷。

Normal chip probe station is a device developed by Biaopu for automatic testing of formal LED chip and CSP LED. It is equipped with an integrated active edge probe and can be efficiently tested by inserting multi-needle probes into the chip.
