倒装芯片探针台是由标谱自主研发用于正倒装LED芯片自动测试化设备,它配置一体主动式探边器，过将多针探头刺入芯片内部进行高效测试。设备可检测3x3mil-120x120mil芯片，标配4寸兼容6寸芯片盘。特制XYZ三维调节座，维护调试方便，搭配自主研发测试仪及ESD测试仪和进口精密丝杆导轨通，运行稳定，最多可配置20针同时测试，测试效率高。

The flip-chip probe station is an automatic test device for flip-LED chips independently developed by Standard Spectrum. It is equipped with an integrated active edge probe, which can be efficiently tested by inserting a multi-needle probe into the chip. 

The equipment can detect 3x3mil-120x120mil chip, standard 4-inch compatible 6-inch chip disk, with self-developed tester, ESD tester and imported precision screw guide rail, stable operation.
