快速分光机是由标谱自主研发用于贴片式LED分光测试分类的自动化封测设备。本机采用PLC控制系统，通过高速振动盘将材料有序吸入碟片引导盘中，随着引导盘转动，将LED依次经过定位修正、分光测试站，颜色测试站，分类下料站，NG排料站等，最后将LED材料按分光测试结果，分别落入不同BIN号的料桶中。设备可灵活定制Bin数量，最大支持19个Bin分料桶。

The LED Fast sorting machine is an automated device developed by Biaopu for SMD LED beam splitting test and classification.The equipment adopts PLC control system, the LED will pass through the positioning correction, spectrophotometer test station, color test station, classification and unloading station, NG discharge station, etc., and finally the LED material will fall into the bucket of different BIN number according to the spectrophotometer test results. The device can flexibly customize the number of bins, and supports a maximum of 19 Bin dispensing buckets.
