LED双头快速分光机是由标谱自主研发用于贴片式LED分光测试分类的自动化封测设备，相较单头分光机，效率更高，节省了能耗、成本及空间。本机采用双分光工作站模式以及PLC控制系统，通过高速振动盘将材料有序吸入左右两个分光站的碟片引导盘中，随着引导盘转动，将LED依次经过定位修正、分光测试站，颜色测试站，分类下料站，NG排料站等，最后将LED材料按分光测试结果，分别落入不同BIN号的料桶中，设备可灵活定制Bin数量

The LED double fast sorting machine is a fully automated device developed by Biaopu for SMD LED beam splitting test and classification, which is more efficient than a single-head beam splitting machine, saving energy, cost and space. The machine adopts the dual optical splitting workstation mode and PLC control system, through the high-speed vibration disk to orderly inhale the materials of the left and right optical splitting station disc guide disk, and finally the LED materials according to the optical splitting test results, respectively into the different BIN number of the barrel.
